Does Chemung Canal charge me to use Samsung Pay? No, we do not charge a fee to use Samsung Pay.
What happens if I lose my device? During business hours, Chemung Canal can deactivate or suspend your token by calling 800-836-3711. After business hours, you can call 844-646-5465 for assistance. To report a lost or stolen card after hours, please call 800-472-3272.
Do I still get uChoose Rewards® points? Yes, the base rate of points are applied normally. However, many in-store bonus points are not able to be applied because of the method of payment. Additionally, Samsung Pay has its own rewards program you can participate in.
