Nathan Gage joined Chemung Canal Trust Company in 2019 as a Retirement Plan Advisor and was promoted to Retirement Services Manager in 2025. Nathan leads the team that provides our full suite of administration, investment, and education services to employer sponsored retirement plans. He has over 20 years of experience in the retirement plan industry with firms such as C&N Bank, Seligman Data Corp., and Citistreet.  Nathan holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator, Qualified 401(k) Consultant, and Accredited Investment Fiduciary designations.  He earned a BS from the Pennsylvania State University and his MBA from the University of Southern Maine.  Nathan is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and serves on the board for Able2, Alliance for Empowerment, and Capabilities.
