First-Time Homebuyer Grant Programs

Let us help make your dreams come true with our First Home Club Program. As an approved member of the Federal Home Loan Bank’s First Home Club, we can help you save money to put toward buying your own home. If you meet the income guidelines, this program will match $4 for every $1 you save toward your down payment, up to a maximum match of $7,500. Your commitment to savings must be established for a minimum of 10 months, but not to exceed 30 months. Participants must complete a minimum of six hours of homebuyer counseling seminars within a six-month period. This program can increase your buying power and keep that dream home well within your reach.

We also work closely with Catholic Charities of the Southern Tier and various other agencies in the communities that we serve that offer first-time homebuyer grant programs.

For more information please call us at (607) 737-3815 or toll-free at (800) 836-3711 extension 3815 and ask to speak to a Mortgage Specialist.
