You now have a direct line to all your Chemung Canal accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week, wherever there's a phone. Access account info, make transfers between accounts, all with a few simple punches on your phone keypad and guided by a helpful auto-attendant.

Using a touchtone phone, dial (607) 737-1100 or toll free 1 (888) 737-1100. You will be allowed to select from a menu of options using the keypads on your phone. To access specific information on your Chemung Canal accounts, you will need your account number and your PIN (personal identification number).
